Zumba class schedule is Wednesday morning at 10:30 & 12:00 with Fran and on Friday at 12:30 p.m. in our Wellness Center. Be part of the Zumba rage! It's a perfectly fun-filled exercise class program that will certainly get your metabolism up and running. Not only will you enjoy the benefits of an exercise program, but also learn the steps to the ever popular Salsa and Merengue dances. This is a "win, win" for everyone.
